My life now

Tantric. Partner of Karen. I am building a wonderful life, together with her. I am currently deepening in my meditation practice, going deeper into the source. I am building a strong and flexible body, as well as developing the way I penetrate the world every single day.
Through my relationship with Karen I am growing every single day as a man. I am growing in my capability to meet every moment with love and openness. She is my mirror and my biggest teacher.
I feel so lucky to walk the path that I am currently on. It truly warms my heart when I think about my life and my direction.
My path
At fifteen, my father took his own life. That is when I had to start living fully, and the absence of my father forced me to step up. I first had to learn how to cry and feel emotions, and from that point I have been developing myself everyday. ​

From deep daily meditation, to daily tantric and Daoist practice, I have a wide range of tools to work with from daily experience.

My biggest anker and guide has been The Way of the Superior Man, by David Deida. This is de foundation upon which my life is build. The way he sketches the pathways of masculine loving practice have been so very helpful to me. I am forever grateful.
